Refund & Cancellation Policy

At J & R Facilities Care Pty Ltd, we take pride in providing professional cleaning services and strive
to ensure client satisfaction.
Completed Services
As cleaning is a service-based industry, refunds cannot be offered once the service has been completed.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied, please notify us within 24 hours of your service. We will arrange a re-clean of the specific area at no additional cost.
Cancellations
– Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will not incur any charges.
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service may be charged a
cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service fee.
No-Shows
If our cleaners arrive at the scheduled time and cannot access the property, the full service fee may apply.
