Introduction
Welcome to J&R Facilities Care Pty Ltd (also trading as J&R Super Clean). By engaging our cleaning services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all residential and commercial clients.
How Our Services Work
We offer cleaning services such as:
- Regular general house cleaning
- Spring & deep cleaning
- Move-in/move-out cleans
- Office & commercial cleaning
- NDIS-supported cleaning
Services are scheduled via phone, email, or contact form—not via direct online booking. After we receive your inquiry, we will contact you to confirm the service scope, pricing, and schedule.
Quotes & Invoicing
Quotes are free and provided after reviewing your job requirements. Invoices are issued after service completion, unless otherwise arranged. NDIS participants will be invoiced per agreement with their plan manager or NDIA portal.
Payments
We currently do not accept online payments via our website. Payment methods include bank transfer, cash, or Plan Manager submission (NDIS). All payment terms will be clearly outlined in your invoice.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in a cancellation fee (up to 50% of the agreed service fee). If we need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, staff illness), we will contact you as early as possible.
Client Responsibilities
Ensure access to your property at the agreed time. Provide any relevant instructions (e.g., security codes, pet info, alarm system). Let us know in advance if there are areas of concern or specific cleaning preferences.
Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours. We’ll happily return within 48 hours to address any missed areas at no extra cost.
Health & Safety
Please ensure the working environment is safe for our team. We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsanitary beyond our normal cleaning scope.
Privacy
​We collect personal information (e.g., name, address, phone number, email, NDIS number) only for providing cleaning services and billing. We do not share your information except with your Plan Manager for billing (NDIS clients). For more, see our Privacy Policy.
Insurance & Liability
We are fully insured for public liability and work-related incidents. We take care to avoid damage but cannot accept liability for pre-existing conditions or fragile items unless notified.

These Terms may be updated as our services grow. You will be notified of any significant changes before your next booking.
